Cancellation & Replacement Policy (Store and Online)

At Suwaidionline, your satisfaction is our commitment. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return sold products within a seven (7) day window from the date of collection or Home Delivery. The process for return and exchange is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

For Marketplace products, kindly refer to the "Return and Exchange Policy - Marketplace" section.

Return Procedure for iPhone 14 Series Phones:

All returns and replacements are exclusively processed at Time Square Center, Abu Dhabi Mall, and Al Ain Mall stores.

The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange:

The product should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice.

The product must remain unused and unopened, with all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration cards, bundled products, and promotional vouchers intact.

Return and exchange are not applicable if:

Packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged or scratched.

The product is customized/specially ordered, such as cut cable/wire, apparel, personal care, and hygiene products.

The online activation code is scratched or redeemed.

The device has an activation/password lock, activated Find My iPhone (FMIP), Find My Mobile (FMM), or Find My Device (FMD).

VAT has been refunded against the invoice.

For products with minor soiling or opened packaging that remain unused, unmarked, and free of visible scratches or marks, a Restocking Fee of at least 15%, or as applicable, may be deducted during return or exchange. For Major/Medium Home Appliances and Large panel products, restocking fees apply after an authorized service partner's review.

Return or exchange for Major/Medium Home Appliances, Large panel Audio/Video products will be processed based on the manufacturer's authorized service center's investigation report and approval.

For Dead on Arrival (DOA) or products not functioning as per operational manual, an exchange or return can occur after verification by our personnel or a manufacturer's authorized service center technician. This process can take up to four business days, and return/exchange will be executed after investigation and technical report.

Suwaidionline is not responsible for transferring data from the returned product to the replacement product or for data loss on the returned product.

Refunds for products purchased via credit/debit card will be issued only to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction. Refunds for products bought with Gift Cards, Points, etc. will be processed as Suwaidionline Gift Cards.

Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the customer.

Customers should inspect products before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document, as claims made after delivery acceptance will not qualify for return, exchange, or warranty.

Extended warranty/Damage Protection Plans may be returned during the manufacturer's warranty period.

Store Management decisions regarding the above policies are considered final.

Return and Exchange Policy for Marketplace Products

For exchanges or returns of Marketplace products, customers should contact the Suwaidionline Helpline Number (+1 202-918-2123) or email us at [email protected] for assistance. Marketplace products cannot be returned or exchanged at Suwaidionline Stores. The return and exchange process adhere to the following terms and conditions:

The product must be in an unopened/sealed condition.

Items like Fragrances, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Apparel, Linen, Stationery, Personal Care, Hygiene products, Online activation cards, Customized/special order products (e.g. assembled/tailor-made furniture), cut cable/wire are not eligible for return or exchange if the packaging is opened or used. Anomalies can be reported through Suwaidionline's compliant channels.

Refunds will be processed post-product return and quality check.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

The warranty for products sold under this invoice is provided exclusively by respective Authorized Agents/Distributors/Sellers and is valid only in the UAE region unless otherwise specified in the warranty conditions accompanying the product or mentioned on the Invoice/Website. For products purchased through a seller (Marketplace), the respective seller's warranty terms apply.

Customers are responsible for backing up data and deactivating device locks, find my iPhone (FMI), Find My Mobile (FMM), or Find My Device (FMD) before handing over for service.

Warranty service is primarily the responsibility of the brand owner/supplier or Marketplace Seller, with Suwaidionline.com serving as a facilitator.

Accessories, Batteries, Printheads, Perfumes, Toys, Stationery, Furniture, Home Decor, Linen, Apparel, Cosmetics, Groceries, and Consumable products are not covered under warranty.

Warranty becomes invalid if the product has been opened, tampered with by an unauthorized service center, or subjected to liquid or physical damage.
